not receiving my order yet!!

I place an order on May 18th, and I’m expecting the package to be delivered on May 20th. But for some reason I still haven’t received it. The package tracking shows that it was delivered!!
I contacted Chanel customer service by email and their response was that I need to provide them with my ID and “a letter stating the non-delivery of my parcel”- I have NO clue what that letter is!!! And instead of trying to resolve my issue (which is courier saying the package was delivered when it hasn’t), Chanel customer service was questioning my credibility!!
I have contacted the courier to investigate why it said “delivered” ALTHOUGH I shouldn’t be in the position, running after and contacting the courier!! Still waiting for both of them to get it resolved!!
Very poor and non responsive customer service!!

Employees lack of communication

I bought a chanel boy bag in 2016 and only used it a handful of times. I noticed some white speckles or white areas that were not painted on sides of the front and back quilts. I believe it is a defect or quality issue. I brought it in to the Chanel store on Madison Ave in Manhattan New York. I asked if they can check what it was and let me know. They said they'll have to send it in, I agreed and asked them to please call me before doing any work on the bag, but they did not call me and repaired/repainted the bag. They sent it back to me without my authenticity card and receipt that I had left in the inner pocket of the bag. I asked for a receipt of what was done to the bag but no reply. I am very upset of how the bag turned out and still see some white areas when the bag is supposed to be hot pink. Why did they paint the bag? I do not want this as it has been recolored or painted. May you please give me credit back for another boy bag with no defects or quality issues. Thank you.

I am speaking to the manager (Lynette) and we have been going back and forth. She is patiently working with the team. It's causing me emotional distress just thinking of what happened to the bag and of course losing my money.

Corporate of course denies it is their issue/mistake and nothing can be done. Their lack of communication is causing customers a lot of money. They lost my authenticity card and now they're trying to cover up saying that they only got my bag which is not true. I left my authenticity card, receipt and dust bag with my bag. I asked what does it say that I have left and she said just the bag. That already tells me they are not thorough and it makes me very upset.

So i decided to buy my wife the new…

So i decided to buy my wife the new chanel perfume, paid for it for next day delivery. The item didnt come. Excuse they gave... its packed but not dispatched. Il tell you something else. These multi million pound companies dont really give $h*t because peoole like you and me who have high maintanence partners will always buy from these companies. Is what it is im afraid ????‍♂️

Great leather and quality as always :) But extreme price increases especially during the pandemic are just tiring!

Really poor customer service experience

Really poor experience with Chanel customer service, or lack of. I would recommend visiting a department store and speaking with a rep in person. Such a disappointing experience with a so called ‘luxury’ brand. AVOID!

Truly awful experience.

Ordered a pair of sunglasses for my wife's birthday. I was clearly sent the wrong order as I got an eye liner instead! I first attempted to call and spent more than three hours on hold with no one answering. 1 week and 4 chaser emails later someone finally called me back. Rather than focussing on getting me my wife's gift in time for her birthday he was more focussed getting the eyeliner back. No idea what the next steps are and once again can't get through.

Chanel refused to honor the active warranty

I bought a pair of brand new sunglasses and they broke instantly. (the arm broke off and so did the bow). At first, they said they will repair it but I waited over 4 months for them to respond. I kept calling and MARIA AND HER BOSS from customer service KEPT LYING. Finally they told me that the warranty is no longer active because the glasses are no longer being sold. $400 piece of GARBAGE. The Chanel brand is garbage as well. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CHANEL PRODUCT AGAIN AND I WILL PLASTER THIS EVERYWHERE.

Very unfriendly staff in all Hong Kong…

Very unfriendly staff in all Hong Kong stores. I have visited all their shops looking for a brooch and in every single shop I was only shown 2 pieces “as their collection “, literally no more than 2 pieces to chose from in most 3 storey shops! Although you can easily spot many throughout the display/shelves.
Not sure why they do not take buyers seriously! No one will queue u for more than 30 minutes unless they are serious! No one is willing to spend over $450 on a brooch unless they are serious! Plus their SA never reply to your message to check item in stock although hey gave me their number! Very unfriendly and utterly disappointing!

Similar yes, Yves St. Laurent is miles better. Cheaper, no. In terms of the color palettes they use, Lancôme is similar and less costly.

Chanel has never been a discount house. They even carefully discern what department stores they will sell in. You won't ever find Chanel on sale.
